Paper? Plastic? What’s in your wallet? Before long, it’ll be neither. Not only are most methods of payment going mobile, but so are the many loyalty and rewards cards filling our pockets. Instead, customer loyalty program punch or stamp cards traditionally used by businesses to increase allegiance have transformed into vehicles of a new movement—“digital customer engagement.”
The result? Retailers can now access valuable new sources of consumer data, while instantly communicating with customers via push messaging. Not to mention that consumers can better track their purchases and available rewards. It’s a win-win.
To facilitate the digitization of our wallets, Club Ovahi has transformed the idea of customer loyalty programs; moving away from lose-able, outdated, and uninspired physical cards, and towards an incentivized method of connecting business to consumer through an innovative loyalty app—used directly from smartphone, together with scannable QR codes.
